Having issues with IE8, i have had this computer gone through with broni in the malware area and no am having issues with IE8. I can only run it without add-ons. Otherwise i get this message that says that it has stopped working, i can close the program or restart, but either of them brings me back to the same menu. Oh and this started after i uninstalled IE8 and reinstalled it. Trying to stop IE8 from crashing. Any help would be helpful. LOL

Are you running an older version of the Yahoo toolbar?

There was an announcement today from MS in this regard - Yahoo are working on it, but it seems the solution is to uninstall Yahoo Toolbar through the usual channel and install the latest version ....

    http://us.toolbar.yahoo.com/

Clearly an add-on is causing a problem and you should go to Tools > Manage Add-ons and disable all. Re-enable one at a time until the issue returns - you then know which add-on is causing problems.

    Yahoo Toolbar Help

    Hey guys,

I know this is about a week late, but I wanted to pass along this link to the MSFT Support page dealing with the Yahoo! Toolbar issue: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2485443

I hope folks can use it in the future.
