how do i allow access to port 21

    how do i allow access to port 21 with norton firewall 2002?

    help using norton firewall

    I run an ftp server

    I added this rule in internet access control
    - permit any direction, any computer, TC/UDP, PORT 21, tracking

    but i still cannot connect to the server from another PC

    note: when norton firewall is off, I can connect fine

    You might need to open port 20 as well. Take a look Here.
