Resolved Nero - Burn Data MP3 Disk With Titles

    How do I, or can I, create a data mp3 disk, to play in my car mp3 player, and display the music title and artist?

    I use Nero Burning ROM and my LG CD writers support text burning.

    I don't think this can be done, but there are a lot of smarter-than-I people in this forum.

    If you have the full version of Nero, on the StartSmart page you have to use Audio Burning which gives you the choice to make an "mp3 dukebox disc ".

    I burn all my mp3's using this and they display track names on the in car player.

    If you only have the Nero Burning ROM facility I don't think you can do this.

    Any version of Nero will burn a data cd of mp3 files and the song titles will show up in a player IF the mp3 tags are there in the file.

    I always just burn plain data cds of mp3 files and my car player shows the song titles/artists. CD players that can play mp3 files have support for reading the tags.

    You can edit the tags in any decent media player software too.

    Thank you both for your answers, both of which are correct. The fault lies in my car radio, which is not able to display the data. I tried my cds on a different mp3 player and the data was there.
