Hi all. I have Win 7 on my new notebook. (I still have XP on the desktop computer).

Just about every site I regularly visit, such as Hotmail, Gmail etc, that annoying window pops up which reads...
    SECURITY WARNING
Do you want to view webpages content that was delivered securely....etc etc etc. "

Is that window really saying anything important and can I turn it off somewhere?

Tools > Internet Options > Security > Internet > Custom Level and scroll down to Display Mixed Content.

Default is Prompt - select Enable

Thread moved to Internet Explorer forum - this has nothing to do with the Window 7 OS itself.
