It's pretty clear what the problem is: SiSGRV.dll - video card driver
In Safe Mode, Windows loads its own generic video driver and you have no problem.
In normal mode, SiSGRV.dll is loaded and it causes some issues.

First step - download fresh driver, uninstall current one and install new one.

Um, where do I find that .dll file? I looked in the device manager, and I also tried doing a search for it using the search program from the start menu. Nothing came up. Several things had the "SIS" in the name within device managers, but nothing with the rest of the driver name. I'll look again, trial and error, for SiSGRV.dll. Please reply when you have the time. I'm sorry for the late reply. I did not notice your reply yesterday till now.

No, you have to go to your computer manufacturer site to download new video driver.

This is not what I said.
Is it a brand computer, or a custom build?

I went to the following web page.

    http://www.sis.com/download/

I first did this look up on google, "what is SiSGRV.dll ". I then looked on this web site for a summary.

    http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/dlllibrary/sisgrv/

I usually go there or http://www.neuber.com/ or http://www.processlibrary.com/ are the usual places that I go to when looking up a file that I do not know.

I also read some more on the driver here.

    http://dll.paretologic.com/detail.php/sisgrv

Anyways, I then followed the steps. I selected windows xp in step 1. Then I looked at the step two listing and did not find anything associated with Sisgrv.dll. So, I sent in a message through their contact web page. I am not waiting on a response to see if I will be guided to the right driver through the SIS web site.

If this was the wrong steps to take, please explain exactly what am I suppose to do now?

Ok, Ironically, just a moment ago, I flipped back to the windowsbbs tab, and saw that you replied. To be honest, I didn't think you would be up at this time. I did read what you have wrote. As I had to do a force restart, because of irony or fate, I thought to my self, "get the name of the company that pops up when the pc turns on first off ". So I did just that. The name that appears on the pc when it is first turned on is "American Megatrends ". A web site is also displayed under the company title, www.ami.com ". I wrote both down, logged on, opened up two tabs, one for windowsbbs and another to look up that web site.

My guess would be that it is a brand computer.

I got the following from the bios. I'm sorry for the headache that I have been in recent posts. I guess its just the time. Anyways, I am able to see the same thing in the "My Computer" properties window, under the general tab.

    Manufacturer: Intel
Brand String: Intel Celeron CPU 2.60 GHz
    Chipset: NB = SIS661 GX, SB = SiS964
    Built: 1/06/06

So, Now, I'm thinking that the site to go to is Intel. I'm really tired right now, so I'm gonna log off and check on this tomarrow.

Just wanted to add something. If I am not mistaken now, then am I suppose to go to the following link and look up the proper driver? Or am I still lost in my asumption up to this point?

    http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&keyword="SiS"

We can find, what driver you need, no problem, but I want to try the easiest way.

Is there any name on a front panel of your computer.
If there is any name, model number, let me know.
    If not....

Download System Information for Windows: http://www.gtopala.com/siw-download.html to your Desktop.
    Get SIW Standalone (English-Only).
Double click on siw.exe to run the program.
    Go File>Create Report File>HTML
Save the file to known location.

    Upload the file(s) here: http://www.filedropper.com/
Post download link (copy URL: link):

There is a name on the front panel of my grand parents pc. It is "BEGONIA ", and under that is "www.begonia-usa.com ". I continued with the rest of your instructions. I downloaded the SIW program you requested. I assumed it was the last one on the web page hyperlink you had provided; the only one with the english only in the hyperlink for the download. I then made the html report file that you asked for, and uploaded it to filedropper as you had requested. Now here is the url link that you specified from me.

    Your video driver is SiS661FX
I uploaded your driver here: http://www.filedropper.com/r393logo
Download the file and unzip it.
Inside unzipped folder you'll find setup.exe file.

    Do nothing yet.

Go to Device Manager, expand "Display adapter" key and you'll see SiS661FX listed there (or something of a similar name).
Right click on it, click "Properties ", then "Driver" tab.
    Click on "Uninstall" button.

It MAY ask you to restart computer.

After that, double click on setup.exe file to start new driver installation.

under display adaptors, it says SiS 661 Series. I've downloaded the file as you have instructed. I have uninstalled the driver as well. I will now install the new driver, as to your instructions and see if that will fix the problem.

I have a side question to this specific area. Could you please tell me where did you go to get the file that I needed? I would like to add the web page to the favorites of this pc for future reference, please.

Um, I got a problem, I downloaded the folder, uninstalled the old video driver, then restarted. When I logged in and try to start the new set up of the video driver, it told me that the "IntFunc.exe" file was not found. Should I just go through your steps to download the update video driver?

I get the part where you chose SiS66x, x being a variable for the various types of drives; since I had the SiS 661 Series. I should have gotten that. But I have to say, how did you know it was the IGP Graphic Drivers? What lead you to that? Please inform me of this so I may be able to identify this in the future on different occasions. Such as, if I run into a similar problem on a different pc, how would I be able to tell that aspect of a video card?
