help won't work

I have office 2000 pro.
WHen I press help and type my help question, click search, it gives me choices to choose from. BUT when I click on the choices, nothing happens.

I've already repairded my office software.
Already added everything from the 2 disc's onto my Pc.
Already unistalled office.
Reinstalled Office.

Need help.

This idea did not work with the *.chm files. I've changed 49 files over.

Still have the same problem.

Any ideas..

 

I've fixed it. What I needed to do is to install the sp's. Installed sp1, then sp3.

It seems to work now.
