What is it that you cannot find in your browser?

You have said that you have Debugging Tools For Windows (86) and I presume debugwiz.exe too?

Your dump file it located at C:\Windows\Minidump\120310-39156-01.dmp as indicated in your first post in this thread.

    Am I missing something here??

No Pete, You aren't missing anything.
I am the one missing something. I just can't get this together. I know it seems very simple to you but I cannot get this together.
You have been so patient, maybe we need to give it a rest for a while unless you can think of something all together different I can do.
    Thanks.
    Dee

I have outlined all the steps necessary to debug your dump file - there really is nothing further to add.

You may do well to step back from this and come back with a fresh mind, but if you can tell me exactly where you are getting lost I'll be here to help :)

    Pete.
I am going to quit working on this for a couple of days and see if can clear my head.
My problem is between the zip tool and debugging tool,I've just got to work it out.
Be in touch when I get it worked out.
    Thanks for your help,
    Dee

OK - I intended to ask - does the shutdown issue remain?

I had a power surge which I think interfered wth my last post.
I haven't had any issues since we began working on the problem, but then again it was unusual for it to happen 2 nights a row.
It's usually more sporadic than that and that's the reason I followed up this time.
