Resolved Windows Photo Viewer

    I have windows 7 64 bit
    Windows photo viewer is ok, but it lacks in save as, to change the file format. I have to reopen in paint and change it thru paint. Is their another light program that anyone uses that is free that I can download to use. I am not wanting a big photo editing program

    IrfanView comes highly recommended by many - freeware.
