    Yes, I'll get a friend to burn it. I'm sorry, I could have done that a while back. I thought it was unique to my machine.

    Are you going to be on in the morning? If not, it will take about an hour to go get it burned. But, if you'll be on in the morning we can wait until then.

    I was away from the computer for couple of days, as we had a medical emergency in the family. I'm back and ready to get started again.

    I would like to download http://www.nero.com/enu/ so I can burn the cds that you asked me to burn. Is that okay?

    I downloaded ImgBurn and the rc.iso. However, my cd/dvd writer is not being detected in either ImgBurn, the preinstalled RecordNow and BurnItCD.

    I will need someone to burn these for me unless you know how to get my cd/dvd burner working.

    I'll get those burned from a friend today.

    I'm trying to figure out how to reboot from cd drive. I tried to follow your instructions here, My Bios looks very similar to the 4th one on that page, however, when I go to Advanced BIOS Features, my screen is different.

    Advavced BIOS
    Boot Device Priority
    1st Boot Device [1st Floppy Drive]
    2nd Boot Device [CD/DVD: SM-Lite-On]
    1st Boot Device [HDD: PM-WDC WD2000B]
    1st Boot Device [USB: Generic USB SD]

    It does not show the regular CD drive (the one that works). It only shows the CD/DVD (the one that the machine doesn't detect).

    What should I do? You said I should ask, if I had any questions about this.

    One note. When I leave (exit BIOS without saving changes), I get a screen that has enter in safemode or enter in safemode with command prompt. Does this help?

    Put the CD in and restart computer.
    See, if you'll get this after restart:
    "Press any key to boot from CD ".

    Sorry, it did not boot from CD. I know that that CD drive works, however, usually I need to go to My Computer and then click on that drive for it to work.

    I'm not sure that the RC was burned properly, as I had a friend do it. I do believe the other disk NBTR-CD did burn correctly.
