Solved Assistance appreciated

Enclosed below is the OTL log. On the reboot CHKDSK started and ran thru some steps. I was not sure if this was expected and did not have time to write everything down. Luckily I had a camera nearby and I took some shots of the screen. If this is important, I will email the pictures to you.

CHKDSK did not start again on next reboot.
System appears to be running fine.
As per the title of this post...your assistance was greatly appreciated.
I took all recommendations and downloaded all and will run subsequent scans.
