An error while installing and uninstalling java

Hi Everyone

I've got a problem with the java program (had 6u22).
It all started when i was unable to run a game setup file (football manager 2011) due to this error "could not create the java virtual machine "

I tried then to uninstall java' but while the system does preform the uninstal i get the same error: "could not create the java virtual machine "
then: "could not find the main
class:com.sun.servicetray.installer: program will exit "
and again: "could not create the java virtual machine "

After that java does not appear to be installed or leave any file or directory behind.

I tried then installing it again (after a reboot) and get the same error messages at some point of the insatllation process, at the end of witch java appear in the program files directory and on the control panel but doesn't work. When I try to run the java icon on the control panel i get the same "could not create the java virtual machine ". The online java tests also show that my java isn't working.

I checked my system with avira antivirus, malwarebytes and ccleanup. Found and cleaned some malaware but with no effect on the problem.

My pc has 3.25 ram and i use win XP pro sp3

Does anyone know how i can solve this problem w/o formating?

PS. I think that java was autoupdated few days earlier, but i'm not sure.

 

Have a look here and the program JavaRa, which removes old and redundant versions of the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) here

tried the javara, it removed another file but didn't solve the problem

also tried to install older versions of java, same errors same result

any other ideas?
