    Recently I had some problems with my printer, which I had to re-install printer (hardware) and drivers. This problem is now resolved.

    But ever since the printer problem started, I noticed that all note pads documents (the ones that are in the read me notes when you install new software) and new documents created in NOTE PAD all have a line throughout the text in the middle of the words.
    If I want to print the results are the same that line appears in the middle of the words and makes it hard to read.

    Is there a way to resolve this?

    Your help is appreciated.
    Thanks

    Just a thought, but have you checked what Font is set in Notepad?

    Open a blank Notepad, click on Format, Font.

    My font settings are;

    Font: Lucida Console
    Font Style: Regular
    Font Size: 10
    Script: Western

    Also was wondering if you notice whether the same thing happens in Wordpad?

    :confused:

    Thanks for the tip.
    It is now working properly, maybe it was the Fonts settings that were wrong.
