HI, Just went to a website to download a file containing a Media Player I want to put on my computer. I did not reliaze that after it was downloaded that it's in a zip file format, Win9X.zip. (DL7AfterDawn.com)
The message read:Windows cannot find .exe. this program is needed for opening of type zip file.
I was given the three choices:Cancel, Open, Locate...I clicked on locate and
it opened with a string of files for me to locate the file I just downloaded.
My question is where do find this file to open it?
Your help once again is most appreciated, as I have no experience in opening zip file prgrams.
    Thanks,
    Glen108

It's asking for an application to open the file with, I'd recommend 7-zip

Thanks for the PM Glen, (for others 7-zip worked fine).

May I suggest you mark this thread as resolved...

I can also highly recommend 7Zip. It works great and I put it on every PC that I recycle, no matter what OS.
