    Thank you for helping me clean my computer, but my computer still doesnt no detect any wireless connections [doesnt even detect my wireless is connected even tho the light is on] and norton still has teh same .dll error

    C:\program files (x86)\Norton AntiVirus\Engine\16.8.0.41\ccVrTrst.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system aministrator or the software vendor for support.

    this sort of msg pops up when i start msn too except the .dll is of a different file

    ccVrTrst.dll in fact IS Norton file, so I suggest, you reinstall Norton.

    Regarding your wireless connection...

    In this forum, we make sure, your computer is free of malware and your computer is clean :)
    Because the access to malware forum is very limited, your best option is to create new topic about your current issue, at Windows section.
    You'll get more attention.
