can any1 point out a guide or help me with Aero?

in short i liked Aero in Vista but i think Aero in Win 7 is way too much, ive been playing around with System properties / Advanced / performance

but its taking way too much time figuring out what each effect description means and so on, im hoping some1 already did that part and they already posted the info online.

    Hello braindead,

The title of your post caught my eye.

Been using Seven since February on a laptop and early on noticed that I'd get headaches after using the system at night. Tried adusting the brightness down which worked fine for night time, but then had to readjust for day time, this got to be tiresome.

Went looking for another solution and found F.lux

    A partial description:

"f.lux makes your computer screen look like the room you're in, all the time. When the sun sets, it makes your computer look like your indoor lights. In the morning, it makes things look like sunlight again.

Tell f.lux what kind of lighting you have, and where you live. Then forget about it. F.lux will do the rest, automatically. "

If constant brightness no matter what the ambient lighting is a problem for you, then I highly reccomend this little program.
