Generally you can't unless there is a printer friendly link on the website (I'm assuming you're using a web browser gateway rather than an actual email client)

HTML on screen rarely appears the same when sent to a printer. However you could try cutting and pasting the relevant part of the email you wish to print to a word processor and printing from there.

    F86dog,

Please keep the discussion to the forum so others may be able to assist or learn. From your PM

I'll repeat, HTML often differs with what is on screen and what is printed, it is a drawback of incompatibilities of both technologies. Have you tried copying to a word processor and printing from there?

    EDIT:OK I've read this again,

Confirm, are you reporting what is being displayed on your monitor?

If so, please let us know what browser/email client you are using and if possible a sample email.

Hi F86dog, To add to Wildfires reply, I always copy/paste anything in emails that I want keep/print/use. In MS Office 2003 I can edit /correct and then save or email (copy/paste to an email) or just print a hard copy if I want. Cheers Neil.:D
