Windows Vista Can't connect to Internet; can't enable Windows Firewall, etc.

    I know you've probably already tried this, but I've found that unplugging the modem for a minute, plugging it back in and after it's reset, reboot the computer and all the Firewall\Connections are fixed.

    Never mind — I saw your other thread that the computer was dead.
