Here's what I found per Mark Madras:

To Install flac frontend on Windows 7 or Vista 64 bit you will need to download MSCOMOTL.OXC and then copy it into C:\Windows\SysWOW64 and then register it.Browse your command prompt shortcut via Start-->All Programs-->Accessories-->Command Prompt. Right click the Command Prompt icon and choose and Run as administrator. Click Yes to tell UAC you really want to run it.

When the window opens with your command prompt type this in:

    cd
    C:\Windows\SysWOW64

The prompt should change to: C:\Windows\SysWOW64

    They type:

    regsvr32
    mscomctl.ocx

If you get a Window that pops up and says, "DllRegisterServer in mscomctl.ocx succeeded" then click OK and try the frontend install again. You may get a run time error 57 when trying to decode flac files you will then need to run flac frontend as administrator, just right click on the flac icon on the desktop select properties, the flac frontend Properties dialog windows opens then click onAdvanced then check the run as administrator box and your all done..

For some reason I can't drag and drop into Flac as in the past. Now I must use the Add Files tab. Other than this, it works fine.
Anyone know a fix so drag and drop will work?
