hogwash! Just because they aren't developing the 1.x series anymore, doesn't mean its more vulnerable than SM 2.0.7. There are lots of people still using Netscape 7.2, Mozilla Suite, Firefox 1.x, 2.x, and SeaMonkey 1 (like me), and we don't have problems. Windows 7 is a lot more vulnerable than windows 98. The attackers are not bothering with win98. They want to concentrate their efforts on win 7. So, you will get far more viruses, worms, trojans, etc, with win 7, than you will with win98.

In case you don't know, programs are continually updated, because of possible threat. In the case of 1.x, there are no more updates. As for the possibility that any vulnerability makes a particular program at risk, it depends on the preferences of the "baddies" out there. Anyone who wants to create havoc is not interested in hitting a few, but rather as many as possible. It seems to me that you have no idea what ot means to be vulnerable.
    You reasoning is completely flawed.
I have removed Seamonkey1.1.19, and I am done with topic.
