Encarta dictionary [disappeared from Word 2002]

    My Encartadictionary has "disappeared" from my Nicrosoft Word 2002. How do I get it back?

    I have 'tweaked' your title and moved your thread from Vista to Other Software. OS forums such as Vista are strictly for issues relating to the OS, not to other software :)

    Try looking up FAQs at the Encartadictionary website.

    :) :p Not a magic "fix ", but somewhere to start.

    Dictionaries work on a .dic file, I expect it is the file your dictionary needs.
