Inactive Antimalware Doctor

[Inactive] Antimalware Doctor

On my laptop (win7 ultimate) I now have a Antimalware Doctor stropping anything from happening. I have run Malwarebytes AntiMalware in safe mode, but I cannot update the program as Antimalware Doctor is stopping me from going on line.

Can anyone help?

Thanks. I did as instructed and the Antimalware Doctor and his friends seem to have been removed.
