I use to use Netscape Composer (came with Netscape 7.0) to publish web pages but lost it when my hard drive crashed.

Anyone have another suggestion or if there is a safe site that one can still download Netscape Composer?

Don't forget SeaMonkey has the same composer in it and you get the latest and greatest versions although I prefer SeaMonkey 1.1.19 over SM 2.0

    My 2 Cents -- Ray

if you don't want to download SeaMonkey, then you can also try KompoZer: http://kompozer.net. KompoZer is SM Composer, but with more bells and whistles. There have been talks about merging KompoZer into SM, but nobody wants to take on the task of porting it over.

Furthermore, there is a huge bug within SeaMonkey's Mail/News and Composer part that might cause problems with some html settings. This started with SM 2.0.7 and up.
