Resolved default mail client not prop installed

I receive the message 'default mail client not properly installed'. I'm running windows 7 and using Yahoo mail. When I searched, I saw a number of these questions, I saw skalerk from 11-09 and a response from tonyt that is similar to me, running Windows 7 using yahoo for mail. I downloaded the link he suggested, I got the same problem, I rebooted, get the same problem. Then I saw another thread about this problem, it wasn't resolved, but it said I had to tell it what I'm using for mail (no default) where do I do that?

Please help!

 

Looks like you'd have to install the yahoo toolbar for IE, which I would not want to do myself.

Screenshot to set Yahoo as default web mail under Options at yahoo mail, top right of page. Have not tried it though.
