Hello friends, I once read somewhere that you can put someting or some kind of number as a Contact at the beginning of our Address Book list of people so if i get a virus that sends to everyone in my Add book it stops it from happening. Anyone able to help me out??
    Thank you,,Paul D :)

    More information here.

The "trick" is completely ineffective against any malware which does not work its way sequentially through address books (and the great majority do not!).
