Release Ram and System Lifeguard

    Anyone familar with these two software programs? Are they useful? Any disadvantages? Hard to set up? Thanks!

    1. "Release RAM "....do not believe in any RAM tweaking programs, they simply don't work. The only way you can release some RAM is eliminate unnecessary startup programs, and restart your machine once in a while (once a day should be OK...depending on usage).
    2. "System Lifeguard "...all that cleanup for which they want you to pay, you can either do yourself, or use plenty of freewares available.
    Post back here, and I can show you how.
