Please Run the ESET Online Scanner and post the ScanLog with your post for assistance.
    • You will need to use Internet Explorer to complete this scan.
    • You will need to temporarily Disable your current Anti-virus program.
    • Be sure the option to Remove found threats is Un-checked at this time (we may have it clean what it finds at a later time), and the option to Scan unwanted applications is Checked.
    • When you have completed that scan, a scanlog ought to have been created and located at C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt. Please post that log for us as directed below.

Ok. That one is in the OTL quarantine folder. The following will fix that up.

Launch OTL and click on the Cleanup button. Follow the prompts.

We should be done here :).

I ran the OTL cleanup. It prompted me to reboot to remove files. There wasn't a log to post.

Window explorer is still very slow. Would you reccommend a different browser or do you think it is just the computer that is slow?

There are a few things that can cause it to be slow. Might need a defrag, some more RAM etc.
Try the defrag first and see how it goes.

I did refrag. The computer is tricky. Sometimes good, sometimes not so good (especially my browser - windows explorer). Which browser would you recommend? Once again, Thanks for all of your help. I appreciate your time and expertise!
