A software writer PCTools has advised me to include three named .exe files in my computer. Unfortunately, PCTools advise if I am unable to insert the titled exe. files to contact Microsoft for instructions.
Can any member give me know how to do this.

Could you make a little more clear ? What you meant by 3 files .EXE if you can make little more specific on the issue we might be able to help you.

    Software PCtools Spyware Doctor 7.0.0.545.
Certainly support team where least interested in advising as where or how these files should be installed.
Another member of BBS Forum, advises that Spyware Doctor should be removed and this I have done.
To my thinking PCTools is there to sell and not to advise when in trouble.
Certainly, I will personally never deal with PCTools again.
