Well the other night after converting my XP Pro. to Vista, just in the looks i made a mistake by useing logon loader and loading the wrong Logon Screen.
Now on startup it shows no Logon Screen and take me to this user account named SYSTEM. upon Startup it gives me the message "Windows cannot find '/Status' and tell me to search for it.when i try to search though the start menu (also with run) it tells me "Want to create desktop shortcut?" then yes or no. if i hit yes and reboot it is there but still will not work.if i try to search for is in doc. i says not enough quota.also does this if i try to run alot of other programs.i cannot use the internet.please help

I assumed that by 'converting' you implied upgrading. I can never understand why users want their OS to look like another - far better to upgrade to that OS.

However I will move your thread back to the XP forum with further title edit.
Support for Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) and Windows 2000 ended on July 13, 2010. This means that security updates will no longer be offered for these platforms. You should install SP3 immediately.

Peter some people just like how Windows Pro or Home works but they dislike how they appeal to them so that is why

My best suggestion is to make a Repair install of XP for which you will need a retail XP CD at the same Service Pack level as the installed OS - in your case SP2.

If you do not have one, but your CD is retail you can slipstream SP2 into an earlier install CD ....

Slipstreaming Windows XP Service Pack 2 and Create Bootable CD

Alternatively you can make a Repair install using another CD using your own product key.
