Since when its doing that ? Did you update any software/hardware ?

As you have assembled the system yourself, start by taking out a RAM at a time & then testing the system. There may be some problem with the RAM.

Could be. Before reformat I would suggest that you download & burn to cd the latest Linux based anti virus cd from http://www.techmixer.com/free-bootable-antivirus-rescue-cds-download-list/. Boot from this cd & scan your system. If its a viral infection & if you are lucky, you may not have to reformat the system.

When none of the Startup Options menu (Safe Mode, Last known Good Configuration, etc) work, I look at running a "Repair Reinstallation" of Windows. Run the Windows installation disk until you accept the Eula (and need to press F8), then it will offer to "repair the current installation of Windows ".

I would suggest that you check in your BIOS to see if your hard drive is listed there and set to boot, before any other drastic move.

the bios can recognize the hard drive where the windows installation is, as I'v said the windows logo appears for a seconds and restart again that means the system is there it just don't continue to load and restart instead, yeah maybe I should run the "repair" and if still the same, I would try also the Linux based anti virus cd, thank you guys I let you know the result in my next post

I finally figure it out guys, thanks for expert's advice of yours, it gave an idea how to solve this, first I've checked the hd in the bios if theres the hd, it was there, what I did, check the hard drive to other computer plug it as a slve and check the properties and i found out that the entire space was full and so windows don't enough space to boot, I scanned it and found a dozen or more of viruses and malwares, and I freed more space. when I install the hard drive back, it works, again thank you! IT IS NOW RESOLVED.
