Resolved "Errors occuring window in [Windows] Mail"

    I recall this problem long ago but could not find it when I looked up my past posts. when I go to send an e-mail, a window comes up saying "Errors occured when processing the required tasks: The e-mail is sent but tell me it isn't. I recall I have to type something in files, find it and delete it and reboot but I need to know the file to look for.......IF this is the same problem.

    Which Version of Outlook at you using?
    Did you make ANY type of change recently for email?

    Windows Mail. My daughter (she's 36) used it yesterday but said she did not do anything pertaining to e-mail.
