    What is the difference in
    a. Computer-c-users-Alicia-documents location and
    b. Libraries-documents?

If I save a file to the first location a. will it automatically be in the library?
If I save a file to the libraries-documents location will it be stored in a.

Libraries is a sort of round-a-bout really, and under libraries are Documents, Music, Pictures, and Videos. The only real difference in the two addresses that you asked about is the number of clicks used if you pass by the C:\Users route.
Documents saved by the a. route will be found in the Libraries > Documents folder.

So from the video I would assume that documents saved to the libraries folder would automatically be saved in
    a. Computer-c-users-Alicia-documents location also.

No. You can't save a file in the Libraries folder.

You can save a file in the Document library inside the Libraries folder.

The default save location for the Documents library = \Users\{your user name}\My Documents.

You can change the default save location by right-clicking the Documents library and selecting Properties

'You can save a file in the Document library inside the Libraries folder'

Thanks. I didn't word that correctly.
