Custom toolbar disappears after resetting the computer

I customized IE main toolbar so that the icons were small-sized and another toolbar was beside it. Also, I removed UOL toolbar. But when I resetted my computer, the main toolbar had big icons again and the other toolbar was nowhere to be seen. Beside, UOL toolbar appear again, even though I removed it. Can someone help me? tkZ..

well.. i mean turning off my computer and then on again

you mean the icon on the upper right of the screen? yes, it shows uol's icon. how do i remove it?

 

Is UOL your ISP?

 

it used to be.. but it isn't anymore now i'm using a broadband connection, and since uol's broadband service is too expensive, i moved to another one..
