John from COS

Hello, I'm glad to find this site.

I have been PC user since 1981 and have always kept within range of the latest Operating system. Having said that I am still on XP with both computers.

I have a machine in WA and one in CO. I keep books for two farms in addition to personal records on QBooks on these machines.

From 1968 thru 2002 I was a mainframe (OS and MVS based) Systems engineer and in later years an application developer.

I look forward to using this forum as I always have questions and who knows, I may be able to contribute from time to time!
