I am running Vista Home Premium 64 bit and Office 2003.

In Excel, printing all of a sudden is not working. Only half of a page prints.

I ran "detect and repair" and the error message:
"error 1402 setup cannot open the registry key "
    appeared.

I have googled and cannot find a solution.

The answers on this site are for XP, etc.

You are the best tech help page so I am imposing on your time to get help.

Thanks for what you can do to help.

Thanks, but none of the options worked. They were mostly for XP.
But, the MS forum sent me to Uniblue Registry Booster and I was able to fix only 15 errors without buying the software. MS vista64 forum is using Registry Booster to solve the problem. There are many people asking about how to solve and this is the only solution MS seems to offer.
However, one of the 15 fixes worked and I don't get the 1402 error. However, I still have over 300 registry problems.
I wonder if using CCleaner registry clean could have caused them ??
If I have to buy a registry cleaner, I would rather use your product.

Is your Windows User account set to be an administrator? If not - you might want to try that.

It is set up with me as administrator.
The UAC is turned off however. I thinks I did that due to a recommendation re: speed possibly

Most of that will be BS.

Don't use a registry cleaner, specially if you have no idea what it is that you are 'fixing'.
