before this problem i had been using adobe Flash Player 9. You tube asked me to upgrade it to see some vdo. i upgraded it but since then unable to see any video or pops-ups msg say you don't have updated version of AFP while i already have installed AFP 10.1. How come? What is the solution for this.
    i am using-
    1) Advance sSystem care pro
    2) Advance System Optimizer 3.1.0
    3.) Registry Mech 9
    Window XP sp2
    Ram 256
    :(
    thanks

    Welcome to WindowsBBS :)

I have edited your post to remove the quote format.

When updating Adobe Flash you must first uninstall the old version using the Adobe tool here

Then install the latest version from here.

I would not contemplate using any form of registry optimiser/cleaner - there is no need for them and they rarely make any noticeable difference to your computer's performance. In the wrong hands they can render a computer un-bootable.

    Similar views on optimisers.

Windows will always struggle with 256 Mb RAM - 512 Mb is considered to be the minimum for reasonable responsiveness, preferably 1 Gb.

You should upgrade to SP3 as soon as possible - after the middle of July Windows Update will only function with SP3....

End of support for Windows XP SP2 and Windows Vista RTM

Thanks for this reply, this is the best answer i got. And i am confidant it will solve my problem. But why the hell these companies making their own un-installer; making our life miserable?
