wHATS RELATED PLUGIN LINK 4 ie

While reading all the 'how to's' at http://wp.netscape.com/escapes/related/faq.html for using whats related feature in NS 4.80 when i hit the 'Setup' section i came across: "If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or later,you can download Netscape TuneUp for IE to gain the benefits of What's Related "for IE
So i clicked on the download Netscape TuneUp for IE link but i ended up at the NS 7.0 down load page ->http://home.netscape.com/smartupdate/

with no mention of any 'tuneup for 'IE

This is obviously an outdated page. It's not likely that you will find any current information related to a Netscape TuneUp for IE.

Microsoft has it already, and they did not empharise it for some obvious reasons, you don't need to use TuneUp for IE.
Surprise (or not) they call it "Show Related Links" (under Tool menu).
