Email jammed while downloading

    Hi everyone,

    I'm using Outlook 2003 with a pop3 account. when I open it to download my mail the first message is downloading one byte at a time. Not a Kb just a byte. The file is 750Kb so it's never going to download. I can't tell where the email is coming from only its size.This email is blocking all the others. I have deleted the account and reinstalled it, but no luck. I need to know if there is a way to stop/block/delete it.

    Can you check/delete the mail On Line like you can with Comcast/Time Warrener etc?

    Log into your web mail and delete the file there - direct on the server.
