HP LASERJET 4250n PRINTER

    Please i need a solution to my printer (4250n) laserjet. The error message is "59.40 ERROR ".

    I tried it but is still giving me the error message "error 59.40. To continue turn off then on ". I even replaced the toner with new one but is still the same thing.

    From what can tell, if the green drum is not jammed, the mechanism that drives the green drum could be jammed. Otherwise the motor might not be working correctly.

    Do you have the manual?

    It doesn't say much about that error.

    Open all the access panels and see if there is paper jammed somewhere (like small pieces that may have fallen inside, jammed cogs, etc).

    Read any troubleshooting, FAQs and cleaning information at their website

    Otherwise, you will need to get it to a HP technician.
