I posted this in the Internet/outlook forum but think maybe it should b here as well....

I was trying to install some ISP software on a WinXP Home pc and got to the last part of the installation (A file, anytime.ins had to be run from the website) but when the dialog box appeared after me clicking on the link the option to 'open' the file from the current location was greyed out?

I have searched high and low to find why this might be but can't find it. the nearest I have got it is this... http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...b;en-us;Q318761

I don't think the user account was a limited account, and I can't reproduce it on my XP pro corporate machine as a limited user or an admin.

I'm not going to be able to try the 'fix' mentioned on the MS website until tomorrow, but if anyone has any other ideas, or has seen this before any help would be great.
