slow cpu

hi my moms cpu is slow
i recently cleaned it by help from "virus and malware removal "
but its still rather slow

any suggestion?

 

no its actually slow forexample when i close a program then it laggs and disapper to like half and some time after it disapers leaving grey after it
and it laggs at start up (login) taking huge time to load (only background first for a long time)

Can you post the specs of the particular computer so we can get a better insight to the problem

Have you run Disk Clean Up & Defrag, there are a number of non-windows defragmenters on offer that run quicker than microsofts but it works well & will do the job required

save to Desktop > Run > SIW will show everything installed in your comp. You can then enter in your System Details. Neil.

hm ok i try it, but i am gonna travel away for a month so i nearly have no time sry...

 

well no rush then just leave it till you get back if your busy it's not a problem
