    (auto start)
    ok so all exept those in "c:/windows "
    right?

    and if i do anything wrong then i can just use safe mode right?

    and in service i turn of all exept windows things (which isnt shown when i put that check mark)

    ok?

    i done it now but i havent restarted cause theres just 1 problem,
    i cant turn off antivirus autostart (need to be administrator)
    wich i dont now password to...

    ah broni i logged into administration account and disabled anti-virus then i restarted, the startup was a little faster, and computer runned alot faster, lagged some when i closed programs or move them but it lagged much more before than now :)

    Now, make sure, you re-enable your AV program, because it's dangerous out there, leave all other disabled items alone and....

    I have no more tips.
    Your computer is clean, we disabled all unnecessary startups, etc.
    That's all we can do in this forum.
    If you wish, you can repost slowness issue at Windows forum.
    You'll get more attention.
    In this forum, it's just you and me :)
