I am using a computer at work with Internet Explorer 7, the only browser available at work. The policy is that I am not allowd to download or install anything, (I mean setup, exe, and installations) notepad files (yes)

I know that Opera has a Notepad script to install WOT. I am wondering if there is something like that for IE7.

They do not block every bad site. There were times when I accidently visited bad sites which I had to use Control Alt Delete to get out of. Their Phishing Filter is useless.

So I am wondering if there is a way to install WOT without the addon being downloaded?

    It's unlikely.

You're access rights could well restrict more than just setup programs.

Have a word with your sys admin/IT department they maybe happy to accommodate you.

Even if there was a way I don't think the rules on this board would permit posts that circumvent company security policies.

Well, I did not know that anyway. Thanks. I will just try to adjust the security settings in IE.
