I'm new here

Hello,

My name is Lori and I've been retired for the last 10 years. I found this site by searching for a tech answer some time ago.

Besides emailing, keeping a calendar, banking and just searching for things of interest, I also am a very small eBay seller and in the process of opening my online store. I've always had a problem with retention so even though I've used computers for about 25 yrs I still consider myself only in the top half of the beginner range as far as skill level goes.

I know I'll be asking for help from you guys and I hope there will be some way to return the favor.
