Trend Micro, House Call, stops Update at 95

I use Trend Micro's House Call for internet virus scans. About 2 weeks a go when I try to scan, the "Active Update" stops at 95. It stays there for a few minutes, then I get an error code 44. Says the problem is on my (client) side. I can't find anything about what 44 means. How can I get this to go past 95 and finish on the active updates? Think you, Chris.

Thanks brett, I tried what they said to do but I allready had a file in the windows directory. Thanks for trying to help.

 

You might wish to try one of the other online scans. There's plenty of links in earlier threads.

 

Any ideas on how to get the house call work? I think I have a virus but none of the other online scans show anything. The house call seems to work better then the other ones. Chris.
