    ok im trying to use my roxio card on a windows 7 and couldn't get it to update and so i tried the download from roxio and there was an error while installing the software so i restarted the set up. then i get a error 1500 stating that the program was installing and to close that before fixing.. don't know what to do hoping you guys could help.. cause ur site is awesome

    sorry petec i still have an issue an don't know why i can't get the card to sync up with my computers..

    What exactly do you mean by .....
    Please give some more detail. I was of the opinion that Roxio were software vendors, not hardware.

    Ok - thanks.

    I can't find any drivers for that card on the Roxio site - I wonder if they are updated through the software - which is?

    Are you sure that the card is compatible with Windows 7?

    Also other sublinks that mention software called "easy vhs to dvd ", I think? Just follow the breadcrumb trail via links/sublinks.

    They do have win7 compatible version. I didn't spend anytime following or reading these but you may wish to do so to see if they apply to your device and your current issue.
