cd rom problems

    I have a problem with my cd-dvd players drive E tells me no disc in drive and drive F won't record eather but coumputer says units are working properley.
    i have fixed this before but something is wrong.WB Watts.
    P.S. i use xp.:confused:

    Try unhooking one of them an see what happens..they both should not go for a **** at the same time.

    Remove one of the drives & check what Windows says about those drives. Do the same for the other. Check whether they are working properly during the experiments. Tell us the results.
