Hi, I guess I'm an intermediate level user. I'm retired, and use Zoom Text accessibility software due to being functionally blind. I use a PC with Windows XP. I got here because I was having problems switching from Microsoft Office Outlook to Outlook Express. I got the problem resolved, but it took all weekend. I had the wrong port number for my SMTP server.

So, I guess I have more experience with accessibility software than most people. I have no experience with JAWS, though.
