    4 question,

    (1) PS/2 is used 5V ?

    (2) each PS/2 device is provide 5V ? can't share?

    (3) PS/2 that barcode scanner and input pen, provide 1 input -2 output adapt.
    ...But I not sure how to used it ? mean that Barcorde & input pen is insert keyboard mode or mouse mode ?

    (4) do you known is fine? work solution ?
    adapt PS2 -> USB (keyb)
    adapt PS2 -> USB (mouse)
    barcode PS2 -> PS2 keyb
    input pen PS2 -> PS2 mouse

    work?

    That is correct. From my research ....
    So the power available from each port is different - Source
    Yes, but the current available differs, see above.

    See also PS/2 connector

    As you appear to be in the UK or at least on the same time here is a selection of converters from Amazon ....

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/?ie=UTF8&...onics&hvadid=5708070889&ref=pd_sl_mov2ode7m_b
    That suggests that one of the outputs is for the keyboard or mouse and the other for the barcode reader or pen. I would guess that the pen goes with the mouse.

    adapt PS2 -> USB (keyb) - will work
    adapt PS2 -> USB (mouse) - will work
    barcode PS2 -> PS2 keyb - may be
    input pen PS2 -> PS2 mouse - may be
