Resolved IE 8 Opening Splash

Everytime I open my browser I get this big Pop-up /Splash Posting "WELCOME TO INTERNET EXPLORER 8" asking all kinds of stuff and telling me the features of IE8. I have to click-- "AT A LATER TIME " to close in down.
Does anyone know a way to eliminate the pop-up/splash. I have the IE8 Pop-Up blocker turned on under Tools and I get very few other pop-ups.

Usually, stepping through it once will make it happy enough to go away forever.

However, if you've stepped through it already and it still opens when you start up IE, Click Here to open a page with instructions on disabling it.

The easiest is to download the zip file linked to about halfway down the page under "Method 2" and use it.

 

Thank you Miz--I used the Method 2 & the Zip File & it looks like it did the trick. I really appreciate the quick response.

Always said this is the best Help Forum on the net.
