    You only have two choices, second-hand or Original Equipment Manufacturer. Edit: Some parts might be generic, maybe.

    Do you know which part you need? The part number?

    Websearches for the monitor's model number or the actual part number would be your best bet. Use a few different search engines. Find out how to narrow your search (most search engines use things like quotation marks for connected words or "+" for words that must be present, so say, you could put the make and model in quotation marks and + before the part number).

    If you can yank the part take it to a "real" tv & electronics shop. They still do exist! Most often what fails in such a monitor is the power supply, which can be replaced using similar equipment that fits the space required fo it.

    Monitors have come way down in price now, probably cheaper to buy a new one than fix an old one.
